Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Evermore Planner ("Evermore", "we", "our") and govern your access to and use of our websites, apps, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into Evermore (couple details, guest lists, photos, branding, microsite copy, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and the collaborators you invite.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content and contact details you upload, including obtaining any consents required to add guests' personal information.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and limits are shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is settled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Collaborators & guests

When you invite a collaborator they will see the wedding workspace data you share with them. You are responsible for managing access. Guest data you upload is processed on your behalf — see our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep Evermore reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, templates, code, and trademarks, is owned by Evermore or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Evermore is a planning tool, not a vendor, venue, or legal advisor. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that the Service will be error-free, or that any data will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Evermore in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there for any dispute arising from these Terms, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
