Yes. On the Guests page, assign each guest to a household or group. When you open Seating, dropping one member of a group highlights suggested seats next to the rest of their group, so families and couples land together by default.

Plus-ones inherit their host's group, kids can be flagged for a kids' table, and dietary tags (vegan, gluten-free, allergies) follow the guest onto every chart and into the caterer's meal report.

Yes — export a print-ready PDF (one chart per page or a single overview) plus a CSV of guests by table. The PDF uses your wedding's brand colors and fonts so it matches your stationery.

If a guest declines, they're automatically lifted off the chart and returned to the sidebar with a note, so you never have an empty seat without knowing why. New plus-ones appear ready to be placed.

Import or add guests on the Guests page (CSV upload or one-by-one), then open Emails to choose a template — save-the-date, invitation, or reminder. The drag-and-drop designer pulls in your colors, fonts, and microsite link automatically.

A public link lets anyone with the URL respond and is great for casual celebrations. Per-guest tokens send each guest a unique link that pre-fills their name, enforces plus-one limits, and prevents duplicate or fraudulent responses. You can switch between modes any time.

Yes. Toggle meal choices on in RSVP settings and add as many options as you like (with limits per option if needed). Dietary notes are free-text and feed straight into the caterer report.

You can schedule polite nudges to anyone who hasn't responded — for example, two weeks and three days before your RSVP deadline. Reminders only send to guests still marked as pending, so no one gets pestered after they've replied.

Hosts and co-hosts can RSVP on a guest's behalf from the Guests page. Every change is logged with who made it and when, so you always have a clear record.

Most couples start 9–12 months out. Evermore Planner ships with a default checklist tied to your wedding date — twelve months, six months, three months, one month, and the week of — that you can edit, reorder, or delete as your plans evolve.
