Evermore Planner is an all-in-one wedding planning app built for the couples who want their wedding to feel like them — and for the wedding planners who make a hundred weddings a year feel personal. We believe the planning months should be as memorable as the day itself, and that the software you live in for a year should be as beautiful as the invitations on your fridge.
Everything here — the wedding budget tracker that adds up, the drag-and-drop seating chart you can rearrange in seconds, the RSVP system that handles meal choices and plus-ones, the branded emails that look like your stationery, the day-of timeline that keeps the run-of-show on the rails — is designed to take the dread out of logistics so you can focus on the moments.
Why we built it
We started Evermore Planner after watching friends plan their weddings inside a forest of tabs: a spreadsheet for the guest list, a different spreadsheet for the budget, a third for seating, a Pinterest board for inspiration, a Google Doc for the day-of schedule, three group chats for vendors, and a stack of Post-it notes for everything else. Nothing talked to anything else. Updating one number meant remembering to update four others.
We thought there should be one calm place — a single workspace where the guest list, RSVPs, seating chart, budget, vendors and timeline all share the same source of truth. Where moving a guest off the chart unseats them everywhere, where changing the wedding date shifts every relative due date, and where the email you send to guests looks like the stationery on the table.
That's the app you're looking at. Real humans answer support emails within a business day. Your data is yours, exportable as CSV or PDF whenever you want it. And the free tier exists because we'd rather you start the year with us than spend it deciding whether to.
