How does billing work?+
Celebration and Celebration Plus are one-time payments that cover 18 months of access — no auto-renewal, no surprise charges. Planner Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. All prices are in USD.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Planner Pro can be cancelled from your settings in one click and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Celebration plans don't need to be cancelled — they simply expire after 18 months unless you choose to renew.
Do I get a refund if I change my mind?+
We offer a 14-day refund on any plan if you haven't sent your save-the-dates or invitations yet. Just email us and we'll take care of it — no long forms or awkward questions.
What's actually included in every plan?+
Every plan includes the full toolkit: guest list, RSVPs, seating chart, budget tracker, timeline & checklist, vendor directory, personal website, save-the-dates, and invitations. Plans only differ in guest limits, AI usage, and team features.
What happens to my wedding after the 18 months are up?+
Your data stays safe for 60 days after access ends. During that window you can re-purchase the same plan at the then-current price to restore full access; after 60 days the wedding data is permanently deleted. Export anything important before access ends.
Can I upgrade later?+
Of course. You can upgrade from Celebration to Celebration Plus at any time and only pay the difference. Planners can switch to Planner Pro whenever they take on a second wedding.
Do you offer discounts for planners with multiple weddings?+
Planner Pro is built for exactly that — one flat monthly price covers unlimited weddings, branded portals for each couple, and team seats. Reach out if you're running a larger studio and we'll talk volume pricing.
